We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst contractor for a hybrid role based in East Orange, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements and user stories
Analyze data from legacy systems and maintain data traceability
Support API/microservices requirements and data modeling
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams
Utilize tools like JIRA, SQL, and Excel for tracking and analysis
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in BA/DA roles
Proficiency in SQL & Excel; knowledge of R/Python/SAS a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Prior work in Life Insurance preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management
