As a new Part-Time Care Team Assistant/Receptionist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect a dynamic role that involves greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining office organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. You'll work variable days of Monday through Friday with varying hours between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, as needed to accommodate the clinic's needs. This schedule allows for a balance between work and personal commitments while contributing to the efficient functioning of our mental health office.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
