Comprehensive Therapy Consultants is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join our team in beautiful Collier County, Florida ! What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s:
Certified as a BCBA or has a Master’s degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
OR
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and is BCaBA certified , has completed the BACB-approved course sequence , or is currently enrolled in a master’s program with at least 6 credit hours completed in a BACB verified course sequence
Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to use Excel or similar tools for creating graphs and data tracking
Willing and able to obtain national certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA) within 3 years of start date
Ready to begin coursework within the first 6 months if not already certified
What You’ll Do:
Provide behavior analysis services to students
Collaborate with school teams and families
Develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
