Superintendent / Assistant Project Manager

Salary Range: $90-105K

Location: Charlotte, NC

This role is part Superintendent, part Assistant Project Manager-and there’s a reason for that. We’re just getting started in Charlotte, building out a strong foundation like the one already established in Orlando. As one of the first hires in this market, we need someone who’s comfortable wearing both hats-leading the charge in the field while also stepping into key project management responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and the chance to help shape something from the ground up.

• Oversee field operations and ensure safe, clean, high-performing job sites
• Coordinate daily work with subcontractors and internal teams
• Assist with buyout, RFI/submittal tracking, and project documentation
• Support scheduling and preconstruction efforts alongside the PM
• Lead punch walks and final turnover tasks
• Be an integral part of the Charlotte buildout from day one

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of construction experience in a superintendent, field engineer, or APM role
• Comfortable managing subcontractors and resolving field-level issues
• Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation
• Eager to grow into a dual-role leadership position
• Tech-friendly: experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools
• Bonus: Background in adaptive reuse, hospitality, or healthcare projects
