About Bridges Bros Movers:
We are an award winning, family-owned moving and storage company looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Insides Sales Associate to join our team, working out of our North Hampton, NH location.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for a range of daily tasks that include:

• Providing phone support for our clients, assisting with booking appointments, scheduling jobs and answering questions.
• Interacting with vendors who support our business.
• Office administrative tasks including preparation of job paperwork, reconciliation of billing and time sheets.
• Conducting 'virtual' surveys and providing quotes to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and familiar with various software applications, including customer relationship management tools (CRM), Microsoft Office and/or Google Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not required.

Education:

• Associates Degree or higher

Salary:

• $50,000 to $55,000 annually plus benefits.
