Harvest Support – Sorting Crew Member
Beaux Frères Vineyard | 2025 Harvest

Beaux Frères Vineyard is seeking one additional sorting crew member to join our team for the upcoming 2025 harvest season. This role focuses on grape sorting and winery upkeep during one of the most exciting times of the year.

About Beaux Frères
Founded in 1986 by Michael Etzel and his brother-in-law Robert Parker, Beaux Frères has become one of Oregon’s iconic Pinot Noir producers. From the very beginning, the estate was guided by a philosophy of respect for the land, hands-on farming, and uncompromising winemaking. Today, our vineyards in the Ribbon Ridge AVA are organically farmed, and our wines are known for their elegance, balance, and expressive sense of place.

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to support our harvest team with essential winery tasks, including:
• Assisting at the sorting table
• Cleaning and sanitizing winery equipment and facilities
What We Offer
• A chance to work closely with a small, passionate team focused on high-end Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
• Hands-on experience in artisanal winemaking
• Hourly compensation at minimum wage, plus team lunch each day

Requirements
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Experience is a plus, but not required

Timing & Schedule
• Seasonal position, beginning in early September 2025
• Hours: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Duration: 2–3 weeks, not extending past September
