As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our campaigns:
Represent trusted, high-impact nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and outreach campaigns
Initiate meaningful conversations, share powerful stories , and inspire new donors to support important causes
Keep accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Assist with event logistics , setup, and onsite coordination
Work closely with your team to exceed fundraising goals and campaign targets
Attend regular training sessions and receive in-field coaching to strengthen your communication and outreach skills
Serve as a compassionate advocate for causes that change lives
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
