Overview: Reporting to the Director of Omnichannel Fulfillment, the Manager-Supply Chain Analytics will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless order management processes and leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making. This role will be instrumental in maintaining efficient inventory levels, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic business growth. This person will be a key player in synchronizing supply and demand dynamics while optimizing resource utilization. It focuses on aligning and optimizing technology solutions with supply chain and logistics operations to enhance efficiency, visibility, and overall performance. This position will be based in the SNIPES Distribution Center in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities: Order Management Excellence:

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order placement to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, including digital, procurement, IT, supply chain and logistics, and customer service, to streamline processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze order aging, fulfillment bottlenecks, inventory delays and processing throughput to reduce backlog and improve SLA adherence.
Inventory Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels while minimizing costs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, analyze historical trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor inventory metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Data Analytics:
  • Leverage advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support informed decision-making. Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor KPI’s across all DC functions.
  • Own reports including but not limited to the Release Tracker, IB Tracker, DC E-commerce Aged Orders & Daily Stats.
Demand Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.
  • Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and align inventory levels with anticipated demand.
Process Enhancement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement across DC functions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and automation within the supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, cost-saving and service improvement opportunities.
Supply Chain Visibility & Collaboration:
  • Assist with the design and implementation of reporting tools and analytics frameworks to improve supply chain visibility while improving self-service analytics.
  • Work closely with suppliers to establish strong partnerships and facilitate effective communication.
  • Developing tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain processes, inventory levels, order statuses, and transportation activities.
Risk Management:
  • Mitigate potential supply chain disruptions by proactively identifying and addressing risks related to inventory management and order fulfilment.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Performance Metrics:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Build and automate performance metrics to support real-time and strategic decision making.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Data Analytics; experience working in a Distribution Center environment strongly preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Experience in implementing and improving processes in a growing retail company
  • Strong collaborative experience working with cross functional teams in the distribution center, Digital, IT, Inventory Control, Allocations and Buying
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems, strongly preferably Manhattan Scale
  • Experience in Business Intelligence Platforms, strongly preferably Looker
  • Experience in Enterprise Operations Manager software, preferably Aptos
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
