What we require of you –
Must haves: - Minimum of 2 years of professional painting and drywall experience
- Ability to pass a background check (covering age 18+) and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
What you’ll be doing - To be considered, you’ll need to be able to perform the following: - Hang, tape, and finish drywall with precision
- Blend textures to match existing walls seamlessly
- Apply paint using cut & roll methods and pump sprayers
- Seal framing against smoke damage when needed
- Perform light carpentry along with painting and drywall tasks
- Capture job progress with photos and notes using our company app (company phone provided)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment: - Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-70lbs
- Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work on ladders as needed
- Work indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights
- Wear respirators and PPE when required
