What You’ll Do As the Pharmacy Director at Grand River Health, you’ll lead a collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to safe, effective, and compassionate patient care across all our service lines. You’ll shape the vision for pharmacy services—setting policies, ensuring compliance with USP 797 & 800, and partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and department leaders to improve processes and promote effective drug therapy. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes, staff development, and the overall success of our hospital.
