Sales Administrator - Export Services

Location: Houston, TX (77029).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay: $18 - $20+ per hour (DOE).

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Administrator with strong math and quoting abilities to support the sales team. This individual will play a vital role in preparing accurate client quotes, managing communication between teams, and ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with precision.
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales representatives, and operations teams.
• Generate reports and track sales performance metrics.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and bilingual communication.
• Assist in client onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to operations.
• Support process improvements to streamline sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English & Spanish (required).
• Strong math and analytical skills, with proven ability to calculate and prepare accurate quotes .
• Previous experience in sales administration, quoting, or customer service .
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience a plus.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Dispatching experience a plus.
