Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial products and contract manufacturing. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives in a technical environment and has a proven track record of selling to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage sales initiatives targeting OEM clients in the industrial sector. + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in capital equipment and contract manufacturing. + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. + Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions. + Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies. + Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and customer expectations. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales or sales engineering role. + Proven experience selling industrial products and contract manufacturing services to OEMs. + Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. + Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. + Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. + Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. + Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer demands. + Committed to exceeding sales targets and driving business success.
