Job Title: Sr. Electrical Estimator (4 Openings)

We are seeking Senior Electrical Estimators to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle electrical estimating process from analyzing project drawings and specifications to preparing accurate material and labor estimates, securing competitive supplier pricing and delivering winning proposals.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in industrial project estimating and management .
What You Will DoReview electrical drawings, blueprints and customer bid requirements.
Develop detailed labor, material, equipment and expense summaries.
Prepare RFQs, secure pricing and draft competitive proposals.
Manage projects, including direct labor and administrative tasks.
Conduct post-project cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks in cost estimates.
Oversee project cost tracking for materials, labor and equipment
5+ years of electrical construction project management and estimating experience .
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related trade certification.
Proven experience estimating and managing industrial projects of $5M+ .
Proficiency with project management and electrical estimating software (Accubid preferred).
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Scheduling software experience a plus.
