• Greet and assist current & prospective residents

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries

• Schedule tours and present apartment homes

• Qualify leads and support leasing efforts

• Handle service requests and resident needs

• 1+ year of leasing experience

• Professional, polished demeanor

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable with computers and leasing software
