This luxury private island resort offers guests an unparalleled setting focused on wellness, personal transformation, and holistic living. The Wellness Director will lead deeply restorative guest experiences designed to align mind, body, and spirit. This is more than a role, it is a lifestyle calling. You will personally embody and guide healing practices, create inspirational content, and help establish the resort as a world-renowned sanctuary of transformation
The role requires a candidate with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and connection with a wide range of guests, including those participating in specialised wellness programs
Minimum Requirements: Licensed or certified practitioner in at least two healing modalities (e.g., massage therapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing)
Trauma-informed and emotionally attuned, with proven ability to create safe and restorative environments
Hospitality mindset: understanding that true luxury should liberate, not distract
Spiritually grounded with integrity and humility
Must live the lifestyle personally, not only professionally
Full-time on-island presence
Excellent spoken English; Spanish is an advantage but not essential
Presentable, emotionally intelligent, and able to embody service leadership
Duties and Responsibilities: Guest Healing Experience Leadership Facilitate personalised guest wellness sessions including guided breathwork, meditation, sound bowl healing, yoga (gentle, trauma-informed, or performance-focused), and therapeutic massage
Meet with guests pre- and post-arrival to understand their needs and design a personalised transformational journey
Provide a grounded, spiritual presence to help guests align with their purpose and release limiting patterns
Post-Stay Integration & Healing Continuity Develop follow-up tools such as journal prompts, recorded meditations, videos, and written resources
Create a structured 30-60-90 day post-stay integration framework
Capture testimonials and track guest progress for brand impact
Content Creation & Thought Leadership Produce written and recorded content aligned with the resort’s wellness ethos (blogs, guides, social media, email campaigns)
Record videos and guided practices for YouTube and social platforms
Serve as an on-camera thought leader and model transformational living
Brand Growth & Program Expansion Partner with leadership to expand wellness offerings and international brand presence
Recruit, train, and mentor a small wellness team over time
Develop SOPs and scalable frameworks for future growth
Guest Experience & Lifestyle Stewardship Curate and maintain the wellness-oriented gift shop, ensuring products reflect the healing mission
Educate guests on the stories behind curated products
Recommend new product lines aligned with empowerment and healing
Ensure every guest interaction is intentional and infused with meaning
